•	In a filing yesterday, the Justice Department slammed Apple for "false" and "corrosive" misrepresentations of the government's position. Apple responded by saying the government was doing pretty much the same thing to Apple, and that the DOJ document "read like an indictment." •	Honest, the $1.7 billion baby products startup co-founded by Jessica Alba, have a problem as it preps for an IPO: The Wall Street Journal says the company is misleading customers about the presence of a particular chemical in its laundry detergent and that Honest has been toning down the "all-natural" product claims on its website.
