Ragan will showcase the internal communicators, teams and agencies who keep employees engaged and informed, foster inspiring and accepting workplace cultures, create engaging remote work experiences and more. Ragan will also recognize the Top Places to Work in three different divisions: Small Organization (less than 100 employees), Mid-Size Organization (100 to 1,000 employees) and Large Organization (more than 1,000 employees). This competition will shine a spotlight on the workplaces that shine a light on their employees. Ragan’s Employee Communications and Top Places to Work Awards features categories that will showcase work in internal content and communications, employee experience, intranets, publications, tech and video.
