Good Morning John This quick tip is based on a question Jill asked during a recent class. Is it possible to share a Powerpoint slide in an email? By asking a couple of follow up questions, I learned Jill wanted to email the slide so that the recipient wouldn’t need PowerPoint in order to see it. The solution is simple: save the slide as a JPG file and attach the file to the email. Here are the steps. Click the File tab on your ribbon, then click Save As. Click the drop-down list next to file type, then choose JPEG file interexchange format (*.jpg) When this box pops up, click the Just This One button. Save the jpg file, and attach it to your email. It’s just that simple. Like this tip? Did you know we offer customized PowerPoint training? One of our most popular classes is PowerPoint for Sales Professionals. “A LOT of WOWs in this class!” is some of the feedback.
