Good Afternoon John It has been a while since I've sent an email, and I apologize. I recently worked with a client who was making the transition from Lotus Notes to Outlook. During the Q & A session, a question came up that resonated with a lot of attendees. The answer is quick and simple, so I thought I would share it with you. Question: I have a long list of email addresses in a message, and I want to start a new email message and send it to the same people. Is there a quick way to do this? My answer: Yes. Click the box that contains your list of email addresses. Hit CTRL A to select all. Type CTRL C to copy. Type CTRL N to start a new email. Type CTRL V to paste. If you send emails to this group often, you might want to consider creating a distribution list. Was this tip useful? If so, don't keep it to yourself. Remember: sharing is caring. If you have any questions or would like for us to bring any of our classes to your office, feel free to call 770.498.7333 or email me. Enjoy the rest of your week!
