Good Morning John I hope your week is going well. I’m happy to share this quick Excel tip inspired by a student’s question. She uses comments a lot, but didn't want to have to retype the same comment over and over. She wanted to know if there was a way to copy and paste a comment. It isn't only possible; it's quick and easy. Here are the steps. Copy the cell containing the comment. Select the destination cell(s). On the Home tab, click the arrow under Paste and select Paste Special. Select Comments and click the OK button. It’s that simple! If you have questions, please call me (770-498-7333) or visit our contact link. Please share with anyone else you believe will benefit. Thank you for reading and have a great week!
