Today we have Greg Dolan, CEO of Keen Decision Systems, speaking about his professional journey, how Keen is helping their clients during COVID-19, and what he expects from his marketing team. He said: When Keen started to see the consumer behavior change associated with social-distancing measures across the globe, we worked with our customers to incorporate this data in their models. They were quickly able to identify and quantify the impact of this “market shock.” More importantly, they were then able to make smart adjustments to their marketing plans and forecasts based on this information. Also, while the world is Googling a “new way to shake hands”, we combed through a sea of stats, facts, and insights to give you a quick snapshot of the marketing world this week and how COVID-19 is effecting it. We found that businesses have pulled spending from marketing campaigns, USA and China are optimistic about their economies, agile marketing adoption is up from 32%, and more from across the globe. |
