One year after the storm

On June 9, 2021, fierce storms weaved a trail of destruction through the Dandenong Ranges, destroying 76 homes and leaving locals without power for months. Not one of those homes has been rebuilt.

On Monday, Virginia Trioli is returning to Kalorama to see how the community is recovering and what still needs to be done one year on.

Virginia’s Mornings program will broadcast live from St Michael's Church Hall, 1331 Mount Dandenong Tourist Rd (corner of Falls Rd), Kalorama, from 8.30am-11am on Monday, June 6.
