Some companies are experimenting with five-minute meetings to ensure gatherings are more focused and include only relevant discussions. United Airlines sued by flight attendant over shoes in disability case
A flight attendant has sued United Airlines, claiming her supervisor tried to deny her the accommodation to wear comfortable clogs at work after they were recommended by her doctor for foot pain. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said the airline violated the Americans with Disabilities Act.
