Biden's relief plan could speed up unemployment recovery

President Joe Biden's $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief plan could address the economic challenges and restore full employment by 2022, said Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen. Without the relief package, the Congressional Budget Office reports it would take until 2025 to get unemployment back down to 4% through a slow recovery.
