Today, the Lancashire Post team are paying tribute to Keith Roberts who has died, aged just 43.

Best known as the city's "potato man", Keith's cart was a regular sight on Preston's Flag Market where he served his famous parched peas and baked potatoes.

The thoughts of everyone at the Lancashire Post are with his family today.
