President Trump plans to give the State of the Union at the U.S. Capitol, brushing aside security concerns from Pelosi

In a letter sent to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Trump dismissed her concerns about security during the partial government shutdown. "I will be honoring your invitation and fulfilling my constitutional duty to deliver important information to the people and Congress," he wrote.
