When building an ultra-luxury house on spec in Beverly Hills, you can't just do big and average, and few bring the residential drama like high-end developer Ramtin Ray Nosrati of Huntington Estate Properties. One of his latest creations, dubbed Serenity and perched on a high ridge with sweeping mountain, city, and ocean views, does not disappoint. Spanning about 15,000 square feet of living space in which every square inch and every material has been carefully considered, the residence's OTT features include two swimming pools—one indoor and one outdoor—and a 4,000-pound bathtub carved from a single piece of marble. And in Florida, about 70 miles north of Orlando, a 470-acre hunting ranch with two lakes, a spacious lodge, and an après-hunt clubhouse offers a whole other kind of retreat. |
