Jazz Fest Suits: The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival kicks off later this month. But the news today isn’t about performers or that divine crawfish bread. Keith Spera reports today that the past two presidents of the board that runs one of New Orleans’ signature festivals have sued the non-profit organization. Why? Can't tell you -- the suits are sealed.
More Hurricanes? Like this is someting we need. The experts are predicting an above average hurricane season. As in worse than average that is. Their early forecast calls for nine hurricanes. Here’s to hoping they’re wrong.

Eli, the diva: Sticking to the sports TV front, Eli Manning has been nominated for a Sports Emmy for his work on the way-popular “ManningCast” show that runs with Monday night football. Eli, who stars with his brother Peyton, promises to be a real pain if he takes home the prize. The D-word -- “diva” -- was even mentioned on social media.
