Behind every artist is a human being. Behind every band is a group of human beings. Sometimes we forget that. In many ways it seems obvious but sometimes it’s good to send a reminder.
Marcus, a guy I’ve known and loved since we were kids growing up together, has made a beautiful album - a real, honest, and pure album that explores his unique story in a way he has never done before.
Ted and I feel immensely proud of him, a deep love for those who contributed and loving gratitude for those that have supported his artistry. We are excited about the next chapter of Mumford & Sons, we’re working on what that looks like, but for now we hope you can enjoy this person, our friend, being a human being.
