Dear John,

Prana is our life force, the vital energy that moves through our bodies via tiny channels called Nadis. A smooth and consistent flow of energy is not only important for our physical, psychological and emotional health – free-flowing prana is also one of the reasons why practicing yoga makes us feel so alive!

Yoga supports this flow, and we’ve created a brand new program of 45-minute, dynamic asana classes that will help you get your groove on and revitalise your energy system! Prana Flow Yoga begins next Monday!

Love,
The EkhartYoga team.

“I've been practising with Julie on EkhartYoga for a few years now and am grateful for what I'm learning about anatomy and moving towards greater ease in this body. Every now and then a class - and it's usually one of these slow, thoughtful classes - seems to open up a new understanding of how to grow in strength and comfort without competitiveness or comparison. That's how I feel after this practice today and I'm very appreciative!"
