| Blessing Food ... For Real!
My partner Maeikisala and I had dinner with her friend Marsha recently. Marsha seemed surprised that, after I finished saying the pre-meal blessing, we didn't dig into our food right away. Instead, Maeikisala and I kept our palms directed at the food a few seconds longer. Noticing Marsha's puzzled expression, I said, "Hang on, it needs a few more seconds." If you're energetically sensitive, it's important to stay constantly vigilant - not just to the physical world, but to the invisible energies that permeate it. | Walk-Up Sessions, Presentation at Knoxville Expo March 24 I'm delighted to be doing walk-up sessions and a presentation at the Crystalline Light Expo on Saturday, March 24. The expo runs 9:30-5:30 at the Rothchild Catering and Conference Center, 8807 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN. Admission is only $7 and includes all the presentations you care to attend! I'll be doing walk-up astrology, shamanic healing and awakening activation. I'll also lead the experiential presentation "Embodied Awakening Invocations: a Quick and Easy Way to Walk Between the Worlds All Day!" at noon.
