I wanted to buy my dog a mattress for her bed, but the store versions were just too expensive. I turned an empty polypropylene bag and old newspapers into a recycled dog mattress. Very cost-effective and my dog loves it!

I adopted her from the SPCA when she was a kitten. My husband and I went to the shelter to get a cat we had seen on the website. When we got there a little girl was adopting that cat. Clara instantly was snuggling on me and licking me so I got her!

Computer Calendar for Tracking Pet's MedicationI put my pet's medication schedule on my computer calendar. I need to give my cat his medication once every three days so I set the reminder to come up every third day. It comes up in my e-mail and I don't erase it until I do it.Kennel Dogs When Guests ArriveI have 2 Labs that are inside children. Marley never meets a stranger. Macey, on the other hand, is a shy little girl. They have the big wire crates in our game room. So before someone comes in, I tell them to kennel up.
