Missing toddlerA search for a missing 2-year-old stretched into its second day as her family waited for answers. Nevaeh Allen was last seen around 1 p.m. Friday after her stepdad put her down for a nap, the family told police. A few hours later, when her siblings came home from school, they noticed her missing. BRPD sounded the alarm. Louisiana State Police announced a statewide search. By the next morning, the FBI got involved. Fatal shootingsA heart-wrenching scene played out in a north Baton Rouge neighborhood where a 41-year-old man was fatally shot Saturday afternoon. It was the second shooting in as many days, after police said a husband killed his wife the night before elsewhere in the city.
