Plastic Spoon Tree

By attosa

Plastic Spoon Tree - tree in the gardenHere's a fun and easy way to make a chic looking tree for the holidays, or any time of the year. I think they look lovely both indoors and outdoors. All you need are plastic spoons, a piece of paper, and hot glue. The bigger the paper, the taller the tree.

Dove Having a Bath

By betty.reese

Dove Having a Bath - dove in a homemade bird bathWe feed all the birds year round and have many doves. They love to enjoy a bath too. That is our old water pump from years ago, just as added interest to our yard. The bath tub is a bottom of a hot water tank that we cut off. It works perfectly and is the right depth of water for birds and bees!

Cauliflower Risotto

By attosa

Cauliflower Risotto in serving dishI love cauliflower rice, but what's one way to one-up rice? Risotto! This cauliflower risotto is easier to make than regular rice risottos, and tastes so very good. I haven't been able to get a lot of my family members on the cauliflower rice wagon, but they've totally jumped on this cauliflower risotto train! All aboard!

Santa hat on back of chair next to Christmas treeDress up an dining chair with a multipurpose Santa hat and decorative necklace! I took a Mardi Gras necklace, centered it on the chair and taped it into place.
