Stuffed Pork LoinI purchased corn bread flavored Stove Top Stuffing at the store and a maple bourbon marinated pork loin for dinner. My kids usually only eat stuffing under duress, so I tried making it look a little more interesting by "stuffing the pork loin". They ate it right up :)
