CBS Sports Football Pick Six Newsletter

The last time the Browns won two games in a SEASON was three years ago, so how can they win two in a row? Pete Prisco isn't falling into that trap, but I'm wavering: this is a battle of two teams that screw things up constantly. Stat geek R.J. White also joins me as we pick every single game against the spread.
Daniel Jones has been lighting it up, so why wouldn't a QB-needy team gamble on the Duke QB? (And who's more QB needy than Eli Manning's Giants?) Chris Trapasso has Jones going as the first signal-caller off the board, and he's also got a couple more surprises.
Pete Prisco's been so awful on his best bets the last two weeks that he's going to dartboard his picks next time if he doesn't turn it around. He's feeling good this week, though, especially about two home dogs in the Dolphins and Broncos, and another huge dog with a rookie QB.

BIG week for me last week. I went a ridiculous 10-4-1 on the full slate of games (but somehow managed to shoehorn two of those losses and the push into my best bets, I'M NOT EVEN MAD, I'M AMAZED). I'm taking the Steelers and Titans as can't-miss home dogs, and here's why I'm not picking the Chiefs.
Jason La Canfora went .500 last week and thinks it should've been better (thanks for showing up, Titans!). But Jason's not even giving up on Tennessee. He says the Ravens are putrid on the road vs. good defenses, so he'll take the Titans again, and here's why he says the Jets will get back-to-back wins.
DeSean Jackson has been pretty hit-or-miss over the past few years, but on Sunday? Get ready for fireworks. He's facing the Falcons' injury-depleted defense, and Jamey Eisenberg says that means he's a great start. Jamey's got all the WR starts and sits, including a Bears bust alert.
Remember when Ben McAdoo benched Eli Manning in favor of Smith last season and then got fired? Geno sure does, and you should get a load of the tweet he sent out after Eli turned in another dud against the Eagles on Thursday.
