Interested galleries are asked to send an email to [email protected] requesting our detailed application package. Since its inauguration in 2015, photo basel has steadily developed into one of the most prominent destinations for photography collectors, art aficionados and an interested public alike by providing a setting that fosters high quality, promotes engagement and encourages interaction. In keeping with this commitment, photo basel will expand in size for its fifth anniversary, allowing for larger gallery booths, dedicated side program spaces as well as more generous special exhibitions and visitor hospitality. | | | |

With the "in situ" initiative, photo basel strives to express its gratitude towards the region of Basel and the local community, offering a photography-centered programme that invites a broad audience. During photo basel art fair this past June, photo basel successfully premiered it’s dedicated in situ initiatives with a special exhibition by Magnum photographer and icon Erich Hartmann (in collaboration with Clair by Kahn Gallery).
