While not every church conducts performance reviews, the practice is highly recommended for ensuring pastors and staff members are meeting expectations, growing, and pursuing important ministry goals for the year ahead.
Here are a few resources to help you prepare for performance reviews and also create your compensation plans:
Review your church compensation structure. Create compensation reports on ChurchSalary.com to help make decisions on how much you or your church staff members should be getting paid.
