Good evening,

A new era has dawned at Australia’s biggest private equity firm.

Tonight, we’ve got the scoop on Pacific Equity Partners’ latest strategy – it will make a push into credit investing, following the likes of global giants KKR & Co, The Carlyle Group and Blackstone.

The Capital Solutions Fund – which PEP has been out pitching to family offices and offshore investors – marks a milestone in local private equity. We have the details.

We also take a look at two forthcoming initial public offerings.

The first is Northern Territory gas play Tamboran Resources, which has just wrapped up a two-week non-deal roadshow; the second is non-bank lender Columbus Capital.

Happy reading,
