Penn State Health in Hershey, Pennsylvania, has collaborated with Highmark Caring Place, a grief center, on a project to help nurses working in ICU/CCU units process their experiences of grief and trauma caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, along with the difficult work they must do.

For this week's lead story, I spoke with Mary Jane Bijelic, of Penn State Health, and Terri Bowling, Highmark's manager, about the accomplishments of their collaboration.
