The New Mexico estate long owned by the late Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen has received a price reduction. Now available for $15 million, the Spanish Pueblo Revival-style estate was once occupied by noted modernist artist Georgia O’Keeffe and is locally known as “Sol y Sombra.” Included are a library, game room, dry sauna and a greenhouse. And over in Tennessee, retired NFL quarterback Jay Cutler is selling the 45-acre Nashville farm he shared with reality TV star Kristin Cavallari for $11 million.
