Paper Plates as Microwave Helper

I store a stack of paper plates on top of my microwave. When I put something like soup in the microwave, I slip a plate under the dish.

Cleaning mold off leather is easy, using glycerin soap and warm water and a soft rag. Wipe off excess soap with a dry rag, then hang item out in the sun if it's a nice day, or put in the dryer on high heat for 3-5 minutes. Smells great too!

I think it's safe to bet that we've all lost a sock or two before in our lifetime. We come home from a hard day, rip off those socks, and toss them in the hamper, where they get mixed with all the other dirty clothes.
