Good Morning John I hope you're having a good week. As we're scheduling 2nd quarter training engagements, I'm using a quick Outlook tip I'd like to share with you. It involves quickly copying appointments in your Outlook calendar. This tip comes in handy if you have similar appointments. Here's an example: we operate as a "training department" for a couple of clients, offering standard classes each month. This means a lot of the details are similar. Copying appointments saves us a ton of time. Step 1 - Switch to Calendar View. Use the ribbon or the CTRL 2 shortcut. Step 2 - Switch to Monthly View Click the Home tab, then click Month in the Arrange group. Step 3 - Copy and Drag your Appointment Left-click to select an appointment. Hold down the CTRL key as you drag the appointment to a new date. This copies it. If you need to make changes, double-click to open the appointment and make your changes. If you have questions or would like to schedule training, please call me (770-498-7333) or visit our contact link. Feel free to share with anyone else you believe will benefit. Thank you for reading and have a great weekend! Warmly, Jackie Kiadii, CEO Phoenix Computer Consultants, LLC Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Office Specialist Master t. 770-498-7333 e.
