Anze Logar and Natasa Pirc Musar qualify for the second round of the Slovenian presidential election on 13 November 24/10/2022 Anze Logar, Democratic Party (SDS), came out on top in the first round of Slovenia's presidential election on 23 October with 33.96% of the vote. In the second round, to be held on 13 November, he will face the independent candidate Natasa Pirc Musar, who secured 26.86% of the vote. Turnout stood at 51.06%. |

Right and left are neck and neck two weeks before the Danish parliamentary elections 17/10/2022 According to the latest opinion poll, the Social Democratic Party of outgoing Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen is expected to lead the early parliamentary elections on 1 November with 27.4% of the vote, while the left-wing parties as a whole are forecast to get 47.8%. The bloc of right-wing parties is estimated to receive 44.6% of the vote. |

Boyko Borissov's GERB came out on top in the Bulgarian parliamentary elections but is not guaranteed to govern 03/10/2022 The GERB party of former Prime Minister Boyko Borissov came out ahead in the 2 October parliamentary elections, with 25.36% of the vote. It led over former Prime Minister Kiril Petkov's coalition Pursue Change (20.20%), the Turkish-speaking Movement for Rights and Freedoms (13.71%), the nationalist Renaissance party (10.17%), and the Socialist Party (9.31%). It will be very difficult for GERB to form a government majority, as almost all parties have declared their refusal to join forces with it. |
