Charges have been filed against three people in connection with a Drug Bust on Mesaba Avenue in Duluth. 

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court by WaterLegacy, says the land exchange violated the Federal Land Policy and Management Act. It goes on to say the exchange didn't consider the highest and most profitable use of the lands for mining related uses and significantly undervalued the federal lands.

John Plevell pleaded guilty in December in the second degree murder of Julie Ann Hildreth.
