The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency says its case against Hibbing Taconite, as well as 51 other companies in the state, have been completed.  

During a second quarter conference call Thursday, Symonds said the investigation into the explosion and fire on April 26th is ongoing. Once that is over, repair work can begin, he said.
