President Trump's stop in Duluth was a historic one for many. And perhaps the unofficial kickoff to his 2020 campaign.

Highway 48, between Hinckley, Minnesota and Danbury, Wisconsin has reopened. The stretch of highway was closed since Monday, due to high water levels from Sunday's round of storms.
