The Minneapolis Police Department says it will stop arresting people on low-level marijuana charges in the wake of sting operations that resulted in the disproportionate arrests of black people.

It will allow the airport along Park Point to finish their runway realignment project which started in the summer last year.

On Thursday, construction crews poured concrete for the arena floor.
