Wisconsin Democrats are blasting a Department of Natural Resources report that proposes raising state park fees and selling naming rights to park facilities.

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker says voters will be surprised if Republicans, who control the state Assembly, propose raising taxes to for Wisconsin roads.

Election officials and volunteers wrapped up the hand-count of more than 22,500 ballots on Monday.
