Alleged leader in 84 gram heroin bust is charged in Superior

Charges have been filed against one of five people arrested in a Douglas County drug bust. Robbin Alexander of Chicago was arrested last week after Duluth and Superior Police executed a search warrant on a home in Superior. Inside, police found 84 grams of heroin with a street value of $15,000. The 30-year-old is expected in court Wednesday morning for a preliminary hearing.
