According to the Minnesota DNR, genetically screened steelhead will replace Kamloops trout to help with fishing opportunities near Duluth and to protect Lake Superior's rainbow trout population.

Minnesota regulators have approved the final environmental review for Enbridge Energy's proposal to replace its aging Line 3 crude oil pipeline in northern Minnesota.

The jury is working to reach a verdict in Shannon Miller's discrimination case against her former employer, UMD. The jury must decide if the former women's hockey coach's claims that the university chose not to renew her contract because of her gender, or as an act of retaliation for her Title IX complaints.
