According to the criminal complaint, Natausha Smith, 34, and Wade Sorensen, 37, allegedly kidnapped, assaulted, and tried to murder a man earlier this month. 

The proposal would add more robust licensing requirements for residential care facilities, enhanced inspections and investigative process, better communication with seniors and their families, and strengthen the rights for seniors and their families.

Their final three witnesses were former women's softball coach and Miller's partner, Jen Banford; Art Cobb, a CPA who testified to damages; and Charlie Kenyon, the father of one of Miller's former players.

Exported goods include mining, agriculture, and manufactured goods.
