The 2018 Northern Lights Coaches vs. Cancer event is nearly three weeks into the month-long series of games. Esko High School started the event five years ago, and last year it raised $45,000.

The hunt for the  2018 Midwest Communications Winterfest Medallion has come to an end. Stacy Melcher of South Range, Wisconsin found the three inch acrylic disc Friday morning in Central Park in Superior.
