Outdoor recess is back at a Wisconsin elementary school after video shot on school grounds cancelled recess Tuesday.

Crews were working on tower maintenance throughout the week, and were delayed multiple times due to weather.

According to police, 40-year-old William Wieland and 37-year-old Melisa Graves were arrested on Tuesday after an investigation of meth sales in Cloquet. 

This might be the most Minnesota thing we have seen so far this winter.
