According to police, they were called to the 800 block of East Fifth Street just after 10:30 a.m. on Thursday after a man called in saying his neighbor may have died. 

Wisconsin and Minnesota have joined a group of states pushing to collect sales taxes from online purchases, even if the online retailer has no physical presence in that state.
