The boy's grandfather told KBJR 6 that he believes his grandson was murdered, and that an injustice was done.

Students at UW-Superior came together on Friday to honor our nation's veterans.  They did so at a ceremony on campus, where a presentation of colors, a moment of silence, and roll call was taken at a flagpole across from the dorms. 

The Salvation Army in Superior is kicking off their Red Kettle campaign one donation at a time. Organizers of the seasonal campaign are hosting a grilling kick-off event on Friday to celebrate.
