Duluth Police have responded to the Lakewalk Restrooms for the report of a possible body in the storm sewer located at 240 Lakewalk.  Authorities say Public Works discovered the possible body while doing routine maintenance on the facility.  

The Vista Fleet suspect has been officially charged for allegedly letting two boats free last week. 

Environmental groups are asking the Department of Natural Resources to give the public more time to comment on the draft dam safety permits for the planned PolyMet copper-nickel mine in northeastern Minnesota.
