Working with the Duluth Fire Department, police were able to get the man down from the second floor ledge just after 3 p.m.

In light of the recent shooting by a police officer that killed an Australian woman, Justine Damond,  it has people questioning their local police departments on their body camera policy. Less than three years ago the Superior Police Department adopted the body camera policy.
