MINNEAPOLIS, MN - (KARE) -- The Minneapolis police officer who shot and killed a woman who called 911 has been identified.  According to police sources, the officer has been identified as Mohamed Noor.  

The agency says its Driver and Vehicle Services Division is replacing a computer system, which means services will be limited this week. 

The holiday was created three years ago by the founder of "Emojipedia", a website that keeps track of all Emojis.
