On Sunday, most Minnesotans will be able to buy liquor on Sunday's but for Duluth - not until the 16th.  Yesterday marked the last day that the ban barred people in the state from buying liquor on Sundays. Duluth will miss the fourth of July weekend due to a last minute revision.
