| WE ARE ON OUR WAY AGAIN Last Friday, we sailed away, after a maintenance period in our homeport Rotterdam. We leave the cold Dutch winter behind and set sail towards sunnier destinations. First stop: Tenerife. We still have a few spots available on the last part of this Mile Maker: from Tenerife to Sal. |

| MAINTAINING THE BEAUTY The past few months we have been performing maintenance. Because a 101-year old beauty needs a little work to still look pretty! So, our crew has been repainting the interior. We have restored the ceiling of the engine room, which is also the floor of the captains’ cabin. We have placed a new watermaker and gasoil separator and revised the saltwater pumps. And now we are ready to set sail again! |

SAILING PARADISE CAPE VERDE We will return to our winter base soon: Cape Verde. For years now, we enjoy this gorgeous archipelago. We sail on the ever-blowing trade winds and enjoy the diversity of the islands. Together with local guides we hike in the mountains, go on a jeep safari or visit a Groque distillery. Explore the real Cape Verde with us. | |

| DISCOVER THE OUTER HEBRIDES Last summer we had the time of our lives when we were sailing here. These islands with their impressive rock formations, millions of birds and rugged nature are home to the world most stunning views. Did you miss our adventure? No worries, next spring you can discover the Hebrides with Dutch Tall Ships’ Tecla. |
