| | | | | Dear McDougall Community, It’s hard to believe it’s been a year since my dad, Dr. John McDougall, passed away. That loss still feels fresh. As I reflect on this past year, I think about what has carried us: you. This incredible community—your messages, your memories and your commitment to the lifestyle he believed in—has reminded us just how far his reach extended and how deeply he was loved. Thank you for standing with us. I’m also deeply grateful to our team who never missed a step. Behind the scenes they’ve worked tirelessly to keep Dr. McDougall’s legacy alive. As both his daughter and the CEO of the McDougall Program, I’ve felt the weight of that responsibility every day but I’ve also felt the purpose. My dad didn’t just build a company. He sparked a movement. And our promise is to keep that movement growing. Recently, we also lost two other giants in the plant-based world—John Robbins and Dr. Baxter Montgomery. Their contributions, like my father’s, shaped the course of this movement and touched countless lives. We honor them alongside him and carry forward the values they all so fiercely championed. We’ve been creating, building and imagining new ways to bring our message to more people in meaningful ways. We can’t wait to share what’s coming next. It’s thoughtful, grounded in Dr. McDougall’s core principles and designed to meet your needs in today’s world. We miss you every day, Dad. But your vision, your voice and your mission are still here, carried forward with love, care and deep commitment.
