UI Enhancements The UI is more polished and more intuitive than ever for a clearer communication experience. User Management Allow customers to choose between OTP tokens or SMS for multiple factor authentication. Upgraded Packages Included the ability to upgrade your WhatsApp Business packages added to your accounts. Campaign Wizard Added the ability to filter SMS campaigns by user and enhance the campaign approval process. Attachments New file types allowed to be uploaded as an attachment in Chat window, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Number Deactivation You can remove or deactivate a WhatsApp Business number from any WhatsApp Business package.
