McMaster wants money for jobless fund, small businesses S.C. Gov. Henry McMaster recommended that a second round of pandemic relief funding be used to replenish the state’s unemployment trust fund and help small businesses that did not receive federal loans. The S.C. Department of Employment and Workforce projected earlier this year that the unemployment fund would run out of money by the end of the year.
