Ohio Supreme Court Justice Pat DeWine recuses himself after father, Gov. Mike DeWine ordered to court on redistricting failures

Justice DeWine filed the notice of recusal shortly after Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor announced a court hearing for next Tuesday, ordering his father, Gov. DeWine and other members of the redistricting commission to attend.
